I've been on the hunt for a strap that handles water, but isn't just a basic rubber strap. Sailcloth options didn't have any color combinations I love.
The Watts hybrid had some color combinations that are nearly identical to my Raven Defender's factory strap. Say no more!
Thickness at the lugs prevents over rotation. Comfort wise it's almost perfect the only thing you might feel are the relief cuts in the rubber.
The buckle is brushed, but extremely shiny. Some single direction work with sandpaper would easily dull this down if it bothers you.
I tried a hybrid strap from another brand. It was horribly thin and cheap. This is a bit pricey by comparison, but totally worth it to have something with the right thickness taper.
