This strap is really cool. The leather quality is great and it looks fantastic. This hybrid is super cool because it is a high quality leather strap attached to a comfortable and breathable rubber strap. The only negatives are the absence of quick release and if you wear it too tight the ridges will leave impressions on your skin not in an uncomfortable way but it’s worth noting. Full disclosure I received this strap free so I could photograph and review it on my blog and instagram but my opinions are my own and it’s great.

Nice straps. Generally speaking, rubber straps are always the most comfortable. Yet they don't always look that great. This is where these hybrid straps come in handy. They combine the best of both worlds.

I've been on the hunt for a strap that handles water, but isn't just a basic rubber strap. Sailcloth options didn't have any color combinations I love.
The Watts hybrid had some color combinations that are nearly identical to my Raven Defender's factory strap. Say no more!
Thickness at the lugs prevents over rotation. Comfort wise it's almost perfect the only thing you might feel are the relief cuts in the rubber.
The buckle is brushed, but extremely shiny. Some single direction work with sandpaper would easily dull this down if it bothers you.
I tried a hybrid strap from another brand. It was horribly thin and cheap. This is a bit pricey by comparison, but totally worth it to have something with the right thickness taper.
