STRAPSEEKER Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality watches, clocks, and straps, along with exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a purchase might not work out. This policy guides you through our return, refund, and order cancellation process.

Defective Products and Issues

  • Immediate Reporting: Please report any defective products or issues caused by our error within 7 days of receipt.
  • Return Shipping: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for such cases. STRAPSEEKER covers return shipping fees.
  • Refunds: Issued in the original purchase currency. We do not cover exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges

Return Policy For All Items

You can return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Store Credits: Your returns or exchange will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 5-7 business days from when we receive it. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Do return your order to us via the methods stated above as unreceived returns via a non-traceable mode of postage will not be reimbursed.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers cover will have to cover the return shipping cost. Shipping costs that were incurred while shipping the parcels to the customers will not be refunded back to the credits. 
  • Condition and Packaging: Items must be in original condition, tags intact,  including all packaging and accessories.
  • Parcel Responsibility: Until received at our warehouse, parcels are the customer's responsibility. Use a registered postal service and keep postage proof.
  • Packaging Instructions: Repackage products securely to avoid damage during return.
  • Return Shipping Label: If provided by STRAPSEEKER, the customer must arrange the return shipment.
  • Unauthorized Returns:  For returns, do ensure that you submit a return request on our Returns Portal. Do ensure that the return is approved. May incur a 10% administrative fee or be refused.
  • Compliance: Returns must adhere to our policy terms. We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above.

Product-Specific Conditions

Watches

  • Pre-Shipment Testing: All watches are tested for accuracy before shipment. Environmental factors can affect watch accuracy; see "Accuracy of Mechanical Watches" for more.
  • Return Conditions: Items must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Watches must be returned in their original boxes, which should not be damaged or used as the external parcel for shipment.
  • Packaging: Use bubble wrap for returns.
  • Model Exchange: Exchanges for a different model are permitted. We offer store credits equal to the value of the returned watch minus any shipping costs.

Clocks

  • Condition: Must be unmodified, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Packaging: Include original boxes, undamaged.
  • Safe Return: Bubble-wrap clocks to prevent damage during return.

Watch Straps

  • Return Window: Return unworn watch straps for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
  • Item Condition: Must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Used Watches: Watches showing wear or alterations.
  • Unsellable Items: Items in unsellable condition may be refused or incur a 30% deduction from the refund
  • We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above.

Return Process 

  1. Receiving Your Return: As soon as we receive your returned item, we'll conduct an inspection. You'll be promptly notified via email that we've received it.

  2. Refund Approval: After inspecting the item, we'll determine if it meets our return policy criteria. We will then send you an email to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
