At STRAPSEEKER, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy and clear as possible. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
REFUND TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us at email@example.com within 24 hours or the next working day from the delivery date.
You will have up to 14 days to return the watch back to us.
Refunds are only permitted if we confirm that the watch is defective or if it was the wrong item sent.
RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Every watch that has been purchased will be tested on our timing machine for accuracy before we ship.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong order, please report it to us within 24 hours or the next working day from the delivery date.
- You have up to 14 days to return the watch back to our office. Please make sure that the item(s) have not been worn, altered, or strapped in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Straps must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
- Please do not remove any plastic covering from the watch, bracelet, buckle, hang tags, security tags, or other items until you know you will keep the watch.
- Watches and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
- Clocks must have not been modified at all and must not show any signs of use.

- We understand that sometimes the strap might not fit your watch perfectly.
- Our return policy allows you to return unworn watch straps for ANY reason within 14 days of having received it for an exchange or a refund.
- Please make sure that any returned product remains in unworn, original condition, and in its original packaging. Please do not remove any plastic covering from the strap or buckle.
- If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return.

- To return an item, you need to include the original invoice or proof of purchase along with the original box/documentation and packaging. Please make sure that the item is wrapped in bubble wrap and packed securely to avoid any damage during the return shipping process.
- Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping, handling, and packing costs, and we recommend purchasing insurance to cover any potential loss or damage during shipping. If the item was shipped for free, we will deduct the original amount saved by the free shipping from the refund amount. For items shipped by express, we will deduct any additional costs that were subsidized by us from the refund amount.
- If the merchandise is defective or incorrect, you must follow the instructions above. We may ask for photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for a full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
- If you reject the delivery of the item, we may charge a 10% restocking fee and deduct any shipping costs incurred when sending the item to you and receiving it back.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct 30% of the original selling price if the item arrives in an unsellable condition. Unauthorized returns will also incur a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee deducted from the refund.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees incurred by the customer, and we cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear customs.
- If an item does not meet our return policy terms and conditions, we will return it to the original shipment address.
