Orders and Shipping
• How fast are orders prepared?
We processed your orders within 48 hours if you order once it has been approved to be non-fraudulent. If you placed your orders on the weekends, or after Friday 6 pm, it should be shipped the next working day. We will send out an automated tracking email once we shipped out. If it has been more than 48 hours and you have yet to receive your tracking number, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
• Will I pay additional fee if I cancel an order?
There will be no fees if the item has yet to been shipped. If it has been shipped, there will be an additional USD $15 fee to cancel order due to the shipment fees paid.
• Can I update my address?
Please email email@example.com right away with your order number, name, and correct address, and we will do our best to update your order before it ships. If the item has been shipped, there is an additional charges for the redirecting of the parcel to the new address
• What shall I do if I provided wrong address?
Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance or try to contact the post office/courier to notify them as well. Please note that it is not a 100% that the address can be amended during transit. Extra charges may apply if parcel needs to re-send. Please contact customer service for more details.
