Orders are shipped within 3 working days from STRAPSEEKER before 2.00pm(GMT+8).
Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
In all cases, Strapseeker reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in shipping.
PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE:
SHIPMENT IS UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE MERCHANDISE
Pre-Orders are debited and invoiced the day of Order Placement. Shipment will be the day that the merchandise arrives.
Pre-Orders are confirmed orders and as such they are not refundable.

An email with the order details will be sent to you automatically once an order is placed.
STRAPSEEKER ships worldwide using Singpost, USPS, Amazon Logistics or DHL Express depending on shipping option chosen during checkout.
STRAPSEEKER reserve the rights to ship DHL Express orders via Registered Post for out of boundary locations or locations deemed unsafe. No written consent necessary on our part as long as transit time is not affected.
STRAPSEEKER reserve the rights to ship Registered Post orders via DHL Express for locations we deem unsafe to ship using Registered Post.

Reroute of Shipment - Rerouting charges
- Customers will be charged 15.00USD for rerouting shipments i.e.: request to change the address after parcel dispatched, courier failed to deliver parcel due to incorrect/insufficient address, refuse parcel upon delivery
- request to cancel the order after the order dispatched
Customs fees and other import duties
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to check online for your country customs and import rates or contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Out of Delivery Area
If the buyer's destination is at a remote area (out-of-delivery are), where it is a difficult area to reach (e.g. islands, ski areas, military operation area etc), we will require the customer to top up an additional amount for the delivery fees.
