I ordered 22mm they send me 20's and I am trying to exchange them but there's no phone number nor address to mail them back.
Very poor customer service. I tried texting but no one responds.

This appears to be a nice band. I like the color and quality feel. However, the size of the holes are small, and unfortunately the spring bars that came with my watch do not fit the band I just purchased. When you spend $45 on a band, and especially if the spring bar holes are smaller than normal, I would expect that spring bars would be included. Furthermore, when I looked on the website for a way to contact them to have them send me appropriate sized spring bars, there appears to be no phone number or contact info provided. Disappointing for what is supposedly a higher-quality, pricier band provider.
